No iron, yet Retinyl Palmitate (=bad!) : Vitafusion Prenatal, Gummy Vitamins, 90-Count
I wanted to try something distinct for this next child. The first time, I went through 3 types of prescribed vitamins and ended up on a children's chewable at the end of my pregnancy. I had horrible nausea, gas, and constipation that were literally a succeed of my vitamin. I started taking these prior to a gravidity and it's amazing how much easier they go down and they taste pretty decent too. I did notice that they don't include Calcium and Iron...I've already been taking a calcium supplement and Iron even though it's recommended, it's also a cause for constipation so I'll talk to my doctor about if he would like me to also take a supplement for that too. It probably it easier to go with the the 1 pill but I just can't do it again. I'd rather go with multiple pills and feel better. Give these a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised
